As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and drive efficiency and excellence in production processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.
Manage day-to-day production activities, including monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process improvements.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for meeting production goals, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational performance.
Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to reduce scrap and rework.
Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement solutions to improve productivity and meet production targets.
Monitor employee attendance and performance. Maintain accurate records of staff issues, including call-ins, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness. Educate and direct personnel on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), control points, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Promptly report equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs, minimizing downtime and disruptions to production
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
