The Customer Service and Marketing Specialist position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to Horizon’s growth and success. The role entails overseeing marketing operations and performance, with a focus on boosting sales of the company’s products. Responsibilities include expanding the company’s market reach and cultivating a robust customer pipeline through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:  
·         Identify potential customers through various lead generation techniques by researching and targeting prospects, cold calling, and using email campaigns to gather interest.

·         Engage with customers via phone, email, or online platforms to promote and sell products or services. This involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

·         Maintain and enhance relationships by follow-up communications, understanding customer feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business as well as improve products/services and marketing campaigns.

·         Create and distribute marketing materials, manage social media accounts, and participate in the creation and execution of email campaigns.

·         Monitor sales data and customer interactions, analyze trends, and prepare reports that help refine sales and marketing strategies.

·         Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams ensuring alignment in strategies and sharing insights that can help both teams perform more effectively.

·         Understanding market trends and customer needs by conducting research to stay informed about industry changes, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

·         Having in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.

·         Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

·         Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement using various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

·         Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.

·         Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

·         Responsible for sales correspondence, providing outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person, and timely responses to clients to procure orders, new business, & sustain relationships.

·         Research and schedule trade shows/events

·         Understanding Customer Part Numbers in QuickBooks and Wasp

·         In charge of new order entry and customer portal

·         Other duties as assigned
